Excellent location in historic area of Pamplona. Comfortable room, with glazing making it remarkably quiet given noise from bustling streets below. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff who assisted with placing car in hotel-dedicated area of underground parking facility just around corner from hotel. Gaucho bar is part of same building, great pinxtos but choose your time, is Very popular! Very good Navarre food specialist (Gurgur) nearby. One of largest and best and complete 17/18c citadels 10 mins walk away.

The best of the best is the location: right in the heart of the old town of Pamplona, at 2 steps from Plaza del Castillo. Perfect for visiting the town on foot. There is a very nice atmosphere in the evenings with the little bars in the street, and I felt very safe in the area. Room was spacious enough, with a nice bathroom, functional AC, some nice materials with tourist info. The ladies at the reception nicely helped me order my taxi, which can be a little bit tricky if you don't know how it works :)

Warm, friendly, efficient and very helpful receptionists,. The cleaning ladies were also very helpful and sympathetic because I had a bad injury from the camino. Anything I asked for including enquiring about local clinics, booking taxis, more towels, pillows, and drinking water etc was done with genuine care. Everything in the room was perfect for the condition I had, it shows it is so important to have a 24/7 reception rather than self check in. The hotel was 50m away from the main square with cafes, pharmacy, little grocery shops etc close by. My room was at the back so no noise. Lifts to help me get to 2nd floor. Lovely decoration, marble floors, quiet cool lobby overlooking street, wide space for toiletries around sink, bath, TV, kettle, mini fridge in room. Little extras I bathroom Everything to make my stay more comfortable in a bad situation after a fall.Lovely breakfast for €13 extra and Michelin star restaurant if you choose to go. I will definitely stay her again. 🤗

Perfect Location, perfect room, lovely and friendly staff. the hotel is almost perfect. The room, the bathroom, beds, everything was great. I would come back but I won't because of the noise from outside....

Located right in the centre, with rated bars literally on the door step. Hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were nice, though 1 female on reception was somewhat miserable. Good breakfast, though the selection was not extensive, the quality was good and not over priced

The location was exceptional, twenty steps away from Plaza del Castillo and everything you need. Breakfast was available but I chose not to have it. The room was perfect for what I needed, clean and spacious considering it was a single room. I loved staying here and would rebook in a heartbeat! The staff were outstanding. I had an issue with my passport and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem, taking hours of their time voluntarily. I really appreciated their help.

Excellent location with many restaurants & bars nearby. We walked to all of the local sights. The room was very comfortable with quality linen and towels. Our room had a window that overlooked the street, but even though the street below was noisy, the room was quiet when we closed the window.

Great location, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellent. It's a buzzing area but the double glazing did an amazing job keeping the room quiet. We would stop again.

Great location at the Plaza del Castillo and C. de Estafeta with lots of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything in the old section. Room was compact but acceptable, with a good roomy shower. Breakfast selections were good.

The location could not be any better, less than one minute walk to Plaza del Castillo. Clean, modern, great facilities and atmosphere. The room was on the small side but very comfortable. I was a solo traveller so it was great for me.
